Using a photograph, an inexpensive laser printer, and special transfer paper, the image is first printed onto the paper and then transferred onto a piece of white fusible glass. This white glass is then layered onto a piece of colored fusible glass and fired in a kiln. It’s important to use a kiln with precise temperature control to ensure proper fusion and image quality.

The transfers start with a photo printed on special paper and with a special Ink Jet Printer.
The Finish
The image from the print will be transferred to fusible glass and baked in the kiln.
This is a process that needs a kiln that you can control the temperature.
